dip stick was stuck in the same way. I, too, pulled so hard on the handle that it (the handle) broke off in my hand. So, I quit trying to get it out and just resolved to fix it when the engine comes out for rebuild. Why didn't I take it back to the Dealer, you say? I was pissed, I am still pissed... Courtesy Nissan will not work on this car again, EVER.(even to redo something they f'ed up) I change my oil frequently for peace of mind (as far as knowing how much oil is in the engine.) I look forward to pulling the pan and finding out what's up with the stuck dip stick. But, until then, anybody have a guess as to what was done wrong with the oil pan replacement?
